This is how we create your online shop
Advice
We analyze your distribution and sales strategies, examine the product portfolio, product categories and individual products together with you and develop the primary objectives of your future online shop. In addition, a decision is made as to whether an internal shop ERP system is used or whether an external connection to an inventory management program is required.
Conception
After the needs analysis has been carried out, the structure of your future online shop will be developed. The final shop design is approved by defining the visuality and the imagery as well as determining the tonality of the language. In addition, the payment and shipping options are approved and sealed with the various contractual partners. The integration of merchandise management is approved.
Implementation
Once the shop software has been determined, implementation takes place. Products are photographed and retouched in the studio. Category and product texts are developed in the editorial department. The programmers take over the construction of the shop framework into which the individual content is entered. The result is a beta version of the online shop, which is now being tested many times.
Go live
After successful testing of the beta version, the corrections are made and the live connection is prepared, which also includes setting up all communication settings (e.g. email). If an existing shop is replaced by a new one (re-launch), the time when it goes live is chosen appropriately in order to keep the disruption to ongoing shop operations as low as possible.
