The days when young people were reluctantly signed up for dance classes are long gone. Dance fads sparked by films such as Dirty Dancing are in the past too. However, a diverse tango scene has since emerged, especially in Berlin, that means more to the dancers than getting their footwork right – it’s about self-actualization, nightlife and lifestyle.
